This class is designed for women who want to increase their strength and flexibility and improve their balance and posture. We do Hatha Yoga on physio balls. We use physio balls to strengthen, stretch and relax our bodies. We use deep breathing and slow, gentle movements on the ball to relax our nervous systems. We increase comfort in our bodies in an environment of support and encouragement. There is no need for experience with yoga or physio balls. Every person is supported in learning at her own rate.
Please wear clothes you can move in. Bring a physio ball if you have one.
