Join us for a morning of unwinding, heart-centered practice and rejuvenating vibrational healing!
Becky will guide us through a gentle, restorative yoga practice focusing on self-compassion, self-care, and a deeper connection with our bodies while Marissa takes us on a soothing, energetic journey using seven crystal singing bowls to help ground and clear us as we move.
We will take time to rest in each pose to allow the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls to wash over us and support us in our movement practice. The sounds of the crystal bowls help to calm our minds and bring us more fully into our bodies. This creates space for our body, mind and heart to return to harmony.
We will finish with a lengthy savasana-sound bath to allow us to experience these healing sounds while fully relaxed in stillness.
We would love to have you join us for this nourishing, community class!
Beginners welcome, pre- and post-natal friendly!
Becky brings the healing powers of nature and trauma-informed yoga together in her private practice, The Art of Balance. Because it’s been so transformative in her own life, she’s passionate about making yoga an accessible, enjoyable, and healing experience for others, especially those who might not think yoga is for them. She’s experienced the transformative power of collective healing herself and is inspired to create compassionate spaces for people to come together to connect more fully with themselves, each other, and the world around them through yoga classes, wellness groups, retreats and more.
Marissa is a sound and energy healer with a deep passion for supporting others on their unique healing journeys. She works to provide people with with a restful and nourishing space to be fully present with whatever is alive in the moment for them. She provides gentle guidance for individuals to open fully to themselves to allow their bodies, minds and hearts to heal. This looks different for everyone but is in essence allowing ourselves to return fully to experiencing the joy of our true being exactly as it is.
