The intention in this masterclass offering is to experience personal growth in exploring:

~ Your personal safety of your inner and outer world; this will be a non-judgmental space, and a safe space to be curious and an explorer of your body/mind/spirit
~ The seven energy centers and using your mind and body to harmonize energy through movement
~ Honoring of the sacred rite dance as we move through our own somatic journey

Using the framework of Joseph Campbell’s “Hero’s Journey” (monomyth), the Vedic system of the Chakras, and intentional somatic movement, to propel you forward, in a safe and exploring environment, Lori will facilitate teachings of breath work, somatic movement aligned with the seven energy centers within you, and provide you with your own journey.
