A 3 part workout that combines dance, strength training and yoga.
Zumba: A Latin and Hip Hop style dance party with easy to follow moves in order to get moving and your endorphins pumping.
Strength Training: Follow the beat to burpees, push ups and planks all to empower our bodies!
Yoga: We end class with deep stretching, sun salutations and positivity through affirmations and meditation.
