Saying Yes! Improvisation with Carlton Grew

Repeats Wednesdays
7:30 – 9:00 pm

This weekly workshop is for those seeking to build creative, performance, and life skills from a totally original perspective. This form of improvisation has provided inspiration to hundreds of people seeking more creativity and presence in their work and life.

THIS is NOT traditional theater improvisation. You have no responsibility to be creative, interesting, funny, graceful, or talented. You need not be skilled in movement, sound, or speech. No experience necessary! The less experience you have, the more you will discover.

Build your presence, increase your confidence, grow and connect with your creative impulses, escape your clichés, and find your voice and extend it. Discover more beauty in more moments, and have a richer sensory experience in your everyday life. This is a mindfulness-centered form of improvisation using empathy, observation, movement, sound, and speech. The work can be a creative adventure, a magical fusing of an ensemble, a spiritual exploration, or simply a collection of fully lived moments. It is also Big Fun!

$10

CDP + CI Lab with Carolyn

Repeats Fridays
9:00 am – 11:30 pm

Contemplative Dance Practice (CDP) is a specific structure designed by Barbara Dilley. It is organized into the following sections: opening circle, meditation, personal awareness practice, open space, and closing circle. Contact Improvisation (CI) is not codified. The only agreement is that we are making contact and improvising. Labbing is dancing and talking about what we are doing. The purpose of a laboratory is to be curious, together, about what we are doing, why, and what else is possible. We come together to observe and research; to practice. This is held as creative space for all abilities and experience levels. Beginners are welcome and advised that there will be no technical instruction on what to do.
Doors open at 8:45. Meditation begins promptly at 9:00 am. Come for CDP and/or the CI Lab. If you’d like to only attend the lab, please be at the door at 10:20 am.

Sound/Movement Improvisation Jam with Carolyn

Repeats Saturdays
10:00 am – 12:00 pm

We are sound and movement creatures. Let’s come together to use our bodies, voices and instruments of choice to improvise, to co-create our play space! What if there were no separation between ‘music’ and ‘dance’? What is possible if we welcome sound as music and movement as dance?

We’ll circle to gather information to fuel our curiosity and discovery. Instruments and found objects welcome. Blindfolds and earplugs available. Facilitated by Carolyn Stuart, a believer in contact to care for the whole and improvisation to reveal and inform what nourishes.

All welcome.

Temple of the Cosmic Heart with Natasha

Repeats 2nd Sundays
10:30am – 12:30pm

Temple of the Cosmic Heart is a monthly co-creative ceremony where we ground into presence and attune to what’s alive for the group in the moment. This circle has evolved over several years into a potent space for authentic spiritual connection. Through guided journeys, light language transmissions, and sound healing, we open a dedicated container for healing and energetic activation. As a living community, your unique frequency is a vital part of our collective field. Many participants leave feeling deeply supported, heart-opened, and reconnected to the sacred within.

Join us for a monthly gathering where we come together in a loving community to experience:

✨ Channeled Journeys & Light Language Activations – Receive high-frequency transmissions to enhance your intuitive abilities.

✨ Sound Healing & Guided Energy Medicine – Allow vibrational healing to clear blocks and align your energy field.

✨ Sacred Practice & Integration – Develop confidence in your spiritual gifts through guided exercises and intentional community sharing.

✨ Divine Feminine & Goddess Archetype Work – Connect with Sophianic wisdom and divine feminine energies for deeper embodiment and empowerment.

SomaSpace’s Community Circle

Repeats 3rd Fridays
• 7:00pm – 8:30pm

The SomaSpace Community Circle is guided by the belief that gathering together with other heart-centered folks is essential for optimum health, growth, and empowerment. We have the opportunity to join together and help guide the world back into harmony.

Each circle holds the value that all people are wisdom-keepers with unique talents, perspectives, and richness to share. When you take the time to sit in circle with feminine energy and share with an open heart, getting real and raw, it renews your strength and power. Together we will explore new realms of thinking and being, and engage your autonomy and agency to be the best version of yourself!

The flow of new members and monthly regulars at this circle creates a unique blend of energy, with emphasis on empathy and deepening experiences together. Each unique group shares the vulnerable truth of being alive in this moment and together we strengthen our capacity to be present and hold open, non-judgmental, loving space for others. Facilitation will be grounded and consent based, encouraging you to be present in your body.

Come however you are, regardless of where you find yourself to be ~ bright, gloomy, tired, energized, struggling, peaceful or celebrating ~ the space for you is here! People across the vast gender and race/ethnicity spectrum welcome! Queer friendly space. 18+ or must be accompanied by a parental figure.
